So, if there were ANY chance that I could ever run 6.2 miles without getting heatstroke and dying, I would totally be doing this. Also, if I could afford $40.00 for the registration fee.
I wonder if they'd let me meander through the course and play in the mud?

some of my friends are totally doing this!! i have no skills in the running department, so i would also like to meander through the course. apparently people watching can buy water balloons to throw at the runners. i vote yes.
my name is matt and i am the race director, why dont you come up and voulunteer and we will let you play in the mudpits while you are at it...best part is you still get a shirt for helping out

I feel the same way! I actually offered to be a volunteer for it a few months ago, but then found out I'd be busy that day. Bummer. I bet it's going to be too cold, though.
I'm so happy you came back and reported your Romeo and Juliet feelings. Wasn't it awful? Gosh.
Also, I almost did the Dirty Dash, but then just kept forgetting to sign up, so didn't. So yeah.
